When will my refund be processed for a returned item?

Your refund will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) working days from the date we receive the returned product. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. Keep in mind that your financial institution might require extra time to reflect the credit in your account. If the refund doesn’t appear within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service team.

How do I exchange or return a purchase online?

To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our customer service within 2 working days from the delivery of your products. This will allow us to assist you promptly. How does the distribution center pick-up process work?

Upon availability, you’ll receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order can be picked up at our distribution center. When coming to collect your order, please remember to bring the original receipt or the order confirmation email. It’s important to have a vehicle of appropriate size to safely transport the merchandise in its original packaging. When will my order be shipped?

The email will provide you with three potential options: a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery through our delivery partners; a message indicating that our delivery service will get in touch to arrange a delivery appointment; or a confirmation that your order is prepared for pick-up.

Which shipping methods are available?

Galerie Vanlian extends a range of delivery services for online orders within Lebanon. Home delivery charges vary and are contingent on your order’s value and weight. How can I apply a promotional code?

Upon choosing the products you wish to order, click on the cart icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then select “View Cart.” In the order summary, you’ll find the Promotional Code field; enter your code there and click “Apply Code.”

What payment methods are accepted?

Galerie Vanlian accepts major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, we provide a cash on delivery service within Lebanon.

I haven't received an order confirmation. Is this a cause for concern?
